PACE Race Series Completes First Multiple-Race Weekend

Combined 500 participants turn out in Seattle and Sacramento

(COLUMBUS, OH) - The 2004 PACE Race Series continued on Sunday in Seattle, WA and Sacramento, CA as a combined 500 participants ran and walked in the inaugural races.

"We're very happy with how both races went off," said Mandy Deas, National PACE Race Director. "We expect the numbers to double or triple for next year as both events begin to lay the groundwork for a beneficial future."

The PACE Race Series will complete three more races before the end of August with races taking place in St. Louis on August 22, New York City on August 28 and Denver on August 29.

The PACE Race series kicked off June 20 in Pittsburgh, PA and ends November 20 in Tampa, FL and Atlanta, GA.
